What's New at Country Roads
Well Water Testing
Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit have added new sites for people to pick up sampling bottles and drop off well water samples for delivery to the Public Health Laboratories in Kingston and Ottawa. Country Roads Community Health Centre, 4319 Cove Road at the corner of Hwy 15 in Portland is open for water bottle pick up and drop off Monday 8-5; Tuesay 8-7; Wednesday 8-5; Thursday 8-7.

Guthrie House
Guthrie House is our "Community Hub". Located in at 10 Perth St. in Elgin Ontario, it serves as a site from which a variety of health and social services are available to residents of the area. Current services include Children's Mental Health Leeds and Grenville, KEYS Job Centre and Ontario Works. We have plans for a large renovation project this coming year and look forward to providing a range of new .
