Marty brings to this position more than 18 years experience working in community development, health promotion and non-profit health services management in Leeds and Grenville.

Celebrating Twenty-One Years

This year Country Roads Community Health Centre celebrates 21 years of providing quality primary health care in our community. The annual report  focuses on how our programs, services and activities are linked to supporting the transformation of the local health care system to ensure access to quality care, service integration, health promotion, prevention and treatment  as we work with our partners to build capacity of individuals and community.

We are part of a growing network of Community Health Centres, Community Family Health teams and Aboriginal Health Access Centres across the province.  We are proud of our commitment to supporting the evolution to the second stage of Medicare  and to creating a  health system that focuses on wellness  - one  where Every One Matters.
