Elgin Clinic

New Elgin Clinic Opens March 25, 2013

Elgin clinic

Country Roads Community Health Centre opened its new Elgin Clinic behind Akop's Pharmacy at 14 Main Street on March 25. The clinic operates on a part-time basis with existing doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses providing staffing. the Township of Rideau Lakes supported this initiative.It provides accessible service to Elgin, Phillipsville, Delta and surrounding areas; for example, Elgin residents who do not have transportation of their own are now able to walk to the clinic This new initiative enhances the existing teen health clinic held at Rideau District High School in Elgin from September until June and comes as we celebrate our twenty-fifth anniversary.

We are a Leeds, Grenville Lanark District Health Unit site for pick up and drop off of water sample bottles for the Public Health Laboratories in Kingston and Ottawa. 

Hours are  Monday and Wednesday - 8-5; Tuesday and Thursday 8-7 for drop off and pick up.

 

Canadian Hearing Society - New Hearing Health Care Clinic

for anyone 55 and up. Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at our Guthrie House site, 10 Perth Street, Elgin. It's FREE.
