| Country Roads CHC has
installed an automated phone system. Although we
struggled with losing the personal touch of a person
answering each call, our increased call volume
and client activity at reception required this
change. There are advantages to
both clients and the Centre with an automated
system. It allows people to reach staff directly
without going through reception or waiting on
hold. For those who choose not to use the system, press “0” while
listening to the choices to talk directly to a
receptionist.
