Report from the Board Chair & Executive Director

We are so pleased with the successes of our staff, board and volunteers over this past year.  We have provided primary health care, prevention, public education, volunteer opportunities and so much more to nearly 5,000 residents of the North Leeds area whie ending the year with a balanced budget.

Our partnerships are strong.  We integrated our financial services with Brockville General Hospital, opened our new Dental Hygiene Suite in partnership with the Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Public Health Unit, expanded our role as regional leaders in self-management of Chronic Conditions and were provided an opportunity to operate Guthrie House in Elgin as a health and social services hub.

Our Board has worked tirelessly to represent agency values in communities throughout our service area.  In preparation for Accreditation, we took time to immerse ourselves in the policies, vision and mission upon which our services are based.  Our board is strong, united and forward looking.

Our greatest strength is in our staff and volunteers.  Thank you so much for the professionalism and joy that you bring each day to Country Roads Community Health Centre.  Through the ideas and efforts of each of you, our services continue to reflect the strengths and directions of the communities we serve.
