After Hours Phone Support

As a registered client of the health centre, you may use the On-Call service Monday to Friday after regular office hours and anytime Saturday or Sunday. To reach the doctor on-call, telephone the Country Roads Community Health Centre @ 272-3302 and you will be connected with the After Hours Answering Service. The Answering Service will then contact the doctor on-call for that particular day.

** Please note that the Country Roads Community Health Centre partners with the North Lanark Community Health Centre for after hours support and therefore you may be connected with one of the doctors from any of these health centres.
