Community Partnerships

Every Kid in our Community A coalition of service providers and communities with an interest in Children, Youth and Families in the Leeds and Grenville area.

 Community and Primary Health Care (CPHC )A Health Centre staff is a member of the  local advisory committee to ensure that we continue to support each others services and programs. CPHC also provides a weekly Day program at the centre.

Tri-County Dental Coalition works to ensure all people have access to dental care.

North Leeds Youth Coordinating Committee a youth advisory group who coordinate meaningful activities for youth 10-18. United Way funds provides financial support to hold local events. O.P.P., Family and Children Services, Rideau Lakes Township, Country Roads Community Health Centre, RDHS staff, Youth from the high school, and community volunteers make up this group.

Rideau Valley Diabetes Services provides dietitian support to the Diabetes Wellness Clinic and they support the Diabetes and You education and support group as well they conduct   educational programs throughout the year  in the North Leeds area.
