Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

The program is demanding and takes courage and effort. MBSR is best suited to individuals who are motivated and open to learn how to better manage stress in their lives. The benefits people gain from this practice are the direct result of the effort they put into the practice. Appropriate referrals to the program are people coping with all aspects of stress related to persistent illness, work, family, chronic pain, problems with sleep, digestive problems, headaches, anxiety, panic, depression or grief. The next program will take place Fall of 2022. For more information please contact Emily @ Ext. 256
