Beat the pandemic with online Mindfulness Moments!
As a response to the pandemic this series of 10 short videos introduce viewers to mindfulness practices. Just a few minutes a day of Mindfulness, (paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally with compassion), can decrease stress, increase resilience, kindness, and ‘rewire the brain’, to improve executive functions, be more focused, and have greater emotional regulation. Each video is offered as a daily practice for the week. Enjoy!
