Kerri is a dedicated healthcare leader with a strong background in diagnostic services and community health. As Executive Director, she leads a multidisciplinary team focused on improving the health and well-being of the North Leeds community.

Kerri brings over two decades of experience in healthcare management, having previously held leadership roles at Quinte Healthcare Corporation as Director of Diagnostic Services, and at the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital as Manager of Diagnostic Imaging and Cardiopulmonary. Her career reflects a deep commitment to accessible, client-centered care and the development of innovative health programs tailored to community needs.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic vision, Kerri continues to advocate for integrated health services that address both medical and social determinants of health.

Brandice Hartin is a Post-Master’s Diploma prepared Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of nursing experience and 10 years of healthcare leadership expertise. Her career is defined by a commitment to excellence in primary care, strategic healthcare management, and advocacy for client-centered care. Brandice is highly regarded for her expertise in delivering high quality healthcare services, driving quality improvement efforts, and implementing creative strategies to enhance patient outcomes. Brandice holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Nursing from Athabasca University, and a Post-Master's Diploma in Nurse Practitioner studies from Athabasca University. She is licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and holds a certification in Advanced Health System Leadership from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.

Brandice Hartin’s mission is to lead in transforming healthcare delivery, ensuring the highest standard of care and advancing health equity in the community she lives and serves.

Fiona Cairns brings over 25 years of HR experience to her role as HR & Finance Administrator at Country Roads Community Health Centre. Her career has spanned both Canada and Scotland, including significant experience working with the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. She brings a wealth of knowledge in human resources and finance to her role at Country Roads Community Health Centre, supporting the organization with professionalism and care.

Fiona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College.

In addition to her work, Fiona is actively involved in the community. She currently serves on the board of the North Leeds Soccer Association and previously held the role of Board Co-Chair at the Elgin & District Cooperative Nursery School.

She lives locally with her two teenage sons and their three lively dogs, and is proud to contribute to a health centre that values community, inclusion, and well-being.
