After Hours Care
If you are experiencing a medical emergency at any time, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
After regular hours, on evenings and weekends, clients with urgent concerns can contact our “on-call” answering service. The on-call, after hours service is to provide triage, support, direction and prevent unnecessary ER visits for clients of the centre.
How to access
Primary care clients of the Country Roads CHC can access the after hours on-call service when the centre is closed by calling 613-272-3302.
Alternatively, clients and community members may contact Health811 (formerly TeleHealth Ontario) for medical advice outside of normal business hours by dialing 811. Visit www.health811.ontario.ca for more information.
Not for prescription renewals
This service is not intended for prescription renewal requests. Please call our office during regular business hours to schedule an appointment or contact your community pharmacist for support.
