Megan is a registered dietitian and proud mom of two, working in the same close-knit community where she was raised. Megan is passionate about helping others build healthier relationships with food and supporting wellness at every stage of life. Outside of work, when she isn’t chasing after her kiddos or planning her next family getaway, you'll find her spending quality time at her family cottage, where she is often surrounded by my large extended family. Megan has a deep love for travel and finds joy in the little moments + big adventures, whether at home or away.
