We’re pleased to share that new Interprofessional Primary Care Team (IPCT) expansion funding has been announced for Mallorytown, supporting the growth of primary care services at Country Roads Community Health Centre (CRCHC).

This funding will allow CRCHC to expand team‑based primary care to the Mallorytown area, helping residents connect with a family primary care provider as part of a collaborative care team.

Residents of Mallorytown and surrounding areas, who do not currently have a primary care provider and are hoping to receive care through Country Roads Community Health Centre, are encouraged to register with Health Care Connect
