Country Roads Community Health Centre (CRCHC) has been providing comprehensive, coordinated, primary health care encompassing primary care, illness prevention and health promotion, in one-to-one service, personal development groups and community level interventions to North Leeds and area since 1988. Over the past 35 years the organization has increased its service locations to Portland, Westport, and Elgin. Local expertise includes ensuring access for people who encounter a diverse range of social, cultural or geographic barriers who are at risk of developing health problems.
