The Medical Receptionist reports to the Director of Primary Care and works within the Administration Team to provide reception and administrative support services such as operating and maintaining appointments, medical records, and document management systems across the entire organization.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive advanced practice nursing services including health promotion, disease and injury prevention, withdrawal management, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and support for adult patients under the care of the HART Hub.
